Up for sale is my Nut & Bolt Restoration 1969 Dodge Charger RT 426cid Hemi Tribute. Originally a big block 383 Charger modified to 426 Hemi R/T specs including Dana rear end, spline drive manual w/ dual carbs, sought after B5 blue, rotisserie restored to perfection and driven only 420 miles since. Charger is in my private collection, and now is an opportunity for a collector to purchase her. I’m selling her because I ordered the new Demon 170.
The body was fully prepped sand blasted and finished in base coat clear coat B5 Blue, Every nut and bolt replaced or restored, all stainless and chrome restored by Art Brass in Seattle, all interior trim including dash and grill / headlight bezel restored by JC Auto restoration. All new windows, mechanisms, weather stripping, bumpers, clamps, rivets, screws just basically all done! If you call up any restoration shop to build a car like this they will charge no less than $250,000 plus 2 years of time. Features very hard to find OEM locking gas cap, new gas tanks, suspension, rear end, 15” steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps. AM radio converted to FM. Wooden steering wheel completely restored. Everything about this car is restored to brand new condition. It was done to factory Hemi specs. Most of them now days are “restomoded”.
Check out all my 250+ pictures, and underneath you’ll see how clean she is. All new exahust system with correct Dodge mufflers, that alone is almost a $3,000 exhaust system. Pretty much like it would’ve came from the factory. The trunk is really clean with factory matching spare wheel. Also new rotors, new brake pads, new calipers, new brake lines, new gas tank, new fuel lines, all new suspension, new control arms, new ball joints, all new bushings, new shocks were done during the restoration.
The 426cid engine is very fast, comes with a 4-speed manual transmission, Front disc brakes, Power brakes, Power steering, A lot of detail has been spent on the engine compartment. Make sure to check out my video of the car running.
